Our Welcome To Advanced Orthodynamics booklet gives you a comprehensive overview of your engagement with us, including information on what we do, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you.
To comply with the Accessibility Act, we have included a "Accessible Customer Service Feedback" Form so that you can provide us with information as to how we can improve our services. We ask that you read our privacy policies before your first appointment. Any questions that you have will be answered by our Certified Orthotist when he reviews the Health Consent Form with you. He will also ensure that you understand our warranty policies as outlined in the Welcome To booklet.
